Donation Request Policy

To be approved:
  • The organization requesting the donation must be a 501(c)3 non-profit
  • All requests must be submitted on the organization's letterhead accompanied by their IRS tax determination letter
  • Requests should be made 4 weeks in advance of when the tickets are needed
  • No third party requests
  • No phone calls please
Fulfillment is:
  • 2 safari transport passes and free parking
