Membership FAQ

Q: Do members of the Wilds need to bring more then just their membership card for entry to the Wilds?
A: All adult members named on the card will be asked to present a photo ID along with their membership card on each visit.
 
Q: Is my Wilds membership tax-deductible?
A: Membership to the Wilds may be tax-deductible. Please contact your tax advisor with specific questions.
 
Q: Should I update my address with the Wilds if I move?
A: Yes. Membership correspondence is mailed at a bulk rate and therefore is not forwarded. Please notify the membership department at (614) 724-3489 of any address change immediately.
 
Q: Will I be notified prior to the expiration of my membership? 
A: Renewal notices are sent up to three months in advance of your membership expiring.
 
Q: Once I purchase a membership how long will I have to wait to receive it? 
A: Memberships can take up to three weeks to process from receipt of payment though generally cards are received sooner than that.
 
Q: Can I change the names on my membership throughout the year?
A: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the membership is issued names will not be changed.
