Few destinations can offer your group the blend of adventure and comfort that a visit to the Wilds provides. The Wilds' staff is ready to assist with all parts of your stay to help ensure an enjoyable visit.
Our staff specializes in creating itineraries tailored to fit your group's needs. From a couple of hours to a full day, from lunch for 20 to a hot buffet for 100, we can help you design an exciting outing. We can also provide assistance in adding visits to other area destinations or obtaining overnight lodging in the area.
Groups are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Call early to get your desired date. All groups must schedule at least 4 weeks in advance of your visit. Please allow a minimum of 2 1/2 hours for your experience at the Wilds.

2009 GROUP TOUR OPTIONS and PRICING
Step-On Safari
A step-on interpretive guide will board your group's vehicle for a
guided safari through all of the open range animal pastures (approximately
2 hours). Your tour includes a stop at the new Mid-Sized
Carnivore Conservation Center.
Your final destination will be the Overlook, where we can provide
a meal
for your group from one of our signature catering
menu options, then wrap-up with a visit to our Gift Market.
Minimum of 20 paid guests required.
Group leader is responsible keeping your group on-schedule.
Available any day of the week May through October.

Open-Air Safari
Board one of the Wilds' unique Open-Air Safari vehicles for an interpretative
private guided safari through all of the open range animal pastures,
and visit
the Lake
Trail and our new Mid-Sized
Carnivore Conservation Center. This two-and-a-half hour tour provides
an excellent opportunity for viewing and photography. Your final destination
will
be the Overlook, where we can provide a
meal
for your
group from
one
of
our
signature catering menu options, then
wrap-up with a visit to our Gift Market.
Minimum of 15 paid guests required.
Group leader is responsible for keeping your group on-schedule.
Available any day of the week May through October.

Private Safari
Board one of the Wilds' air-conditioned safari transports for a guided
safari through all of the open range animal pastures (approximately
2 hours). Your tour includes a stop a the
new Mid-Sized
Carnivore Conservation Center. Your
final destination will be the Overlook, where we can provide a meal
for your group from one of our signature catering
menu options, then wrap-up with a visit to our Gift Market.
Minimum of 20 paid guests required.
Group leader is responsible keeping your group on-schedule.
Available Monday through Friday in May, September and October.

Education/Youth Safari
Our staff can customize an itinerary to meet the needs of your school,
home school, student/education organization or club. Take a 90-minute
guided safari through our open-range animal areas where you will see
and learn about rare and endangered animals from around the world.
You can also visit any or all of the following destination
stops: Lake Trail, the Mid-Sized
Carnivore Conservation Center, Wetland Trail and Outpost. Allow
30 additional minutes for each destination you visit. (There is no
extra charge for adding destinations.) Your final destination
will be the Overlook, where we can provide a meal for your group from
one of our signature catering
menu options, then wrap-up with a visit
to our Gift Market. For your convenience we also offer $3, $5, and
$10 gift packages an alternative to shopping at the Gift Market.
Minimum group size required. Limited availability November through
April. Call for details.
Choose from one of the following:
Private Safari tours available Monday through Friday in May, September

October.
Step-On Safari tours available any day of the week May through October.

- One adult chaperone per 8 children will be admitted free.
Sunset Safari
Your group can reserve a private and magical evening that begins with
a buffet dinner on the deck of the Overlook Café. After dinner, you
will board one of the Wilds' unique Open-Air (weather permitting) Safari
vehicles
for
a twilight
tour
of
our open range animal areas, including stops at our new Mid-Sized
Carnivore Conservation Center and the Rhino Management Center.
Sunset Safaris take place rain or shine. If weather is inclement,
dinner will be served inside the Overlook dining room, and the safari
tour will be provided in a windowed Safari Transport vehicle.
Minimum of 30 people required.
Available Sunday through Thursday evenings June through September.

GROUP POLICIES AND DEPOSITS:
Reservations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance, subject to availability.
50% deposit (purchase order for schools) and signed acceptance
of terms due at booking to secure reservation. Final count required
14 days prior to visit. Deposit refunded minus $50 processing fee
for cancellations more than 14 days prior to visit. No deposit
refunds for cancellations within 14 days of visit. Complimentary
admission and meals (with group purchase) for one escort and one
driver. Free parking. Site visits by appointment only.
Prices and availability are effective January 1, 2009, and are subject to change.
Wheelchair accessible Safari Transports and Open-Air Safari Vehicles are available. Please inquire. All visitor areas are ADA compliant.
