The Wilds is taking their tours to NEW HEIGHTS on June 17th! (see what we did there?)
To celebrate World Giraffe Day, guests of The Wilds who have purchased a tour for June 17th will be able to join the fun with all-things giraffe from 10:00am - 2:00pm! Kids of all ages (and kids at heart) are welcome to join us.
- Giraffe-themed crafts and coloring sheets will be available at Kid's Discovery Field Station.
- Snap a selfie with a life-size giraffe calf replica!
- Fun stations will answer your tallest giraffe questions, like "How slimy is a giraffe tongue?"
- Parents: We'll be raffling off the cutest gift ever.
- Stay for our Giraffe Painting Party (available at an additional cost)...You won't want to miss this.

Soak in views of pastures at The Wilds while you paint to your heart's delight in honor of World Giraffe Day! Guests will then venture to the giraffe barn where they'll get to interact with the giraffe in our care.

While the giraffes in our care are not available for public view while their state-of-the-art shade structures are being built, guests can book a Wildside Tour to see them up close and learn about the fascinating species from the teams who care for them.
