Play, Relax, and Stay Safe!
Welcome to the Hellbender RV Campground dog park! We’re thrilled to offer a dedicated space for your furry friends to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors at our campground.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pets and their owners, we’ve established a few simple guidelines. Please take a moment to review the policies below before visiting the dog park. Thank you for helping us keep this area clean, friendly, and fun for everyone!
- The dog park is open from sunup to sundown.
- You are responsible for your own dog. Use the dog park at your own risk.
- Dogs must be on a leash when outside dog park boundaries.
- Though dogs are allowed off leash in the dog park, we ask that you keep a leash on your person and remove your dog if they exhibit signs of aggressive behavior with other pets or guests.
- You must stay with your dog while they use the dog park facility.
- Owners must have the proper identification and vaccination tags for their dog per Ohio revised law (ORC 955.10). Failure to comply will result in a request of removal from the dog park.
- Dogs who are in their estrus cycle (in heat) are prohibited from the dog park per Ohio revised law (ORC 955.22B).
- Dogs with signs of coughing, diarrhea, and other signs of infectious disease are prohibited from using the dog park.
- Food, treats, and edible toys are not permitted within the borders of the dog park. Frisbees, tennis balls, and other non-digestible toys are permitted.
- Please, pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste properly. Dog waste stations are located throughout the campground and by the dog park entrance.
