What is a Campground Host?

Campground Hosts are friendly, helpful volunteers who serve as the welcoming face of our RV campground. From sharing maps and brochures to assisting guests with directions or questions, Hosts play an important role in making every visitor’s stay unforgettable. As part of the volunteer experience, Hosts also help keep the campground clean and beautiful, share updates with our grounds team, and occasionally lend a hand during special events or programming.

Who Can Volunteer?

Anyone age 18 or older is eligible to serve. A friendly attitude, love for the outdoors, and commitment to guest service are all a plus!

What’s Involved?

  • Volunteer for at least 20 hours per week for a 6-month period
  • Greet and assist guests throughout their stay
  • Provide maps, brochures, and general campground information
  • Help keep the campground clean and inviting
  • Report any maintenance needs to our team
  • Support occasional events or programs
  • Embrace other campground-related responsibilities as needed

You’re welcome to contribute more than 20 hours per week, but it’s not required to maintain your volunteer status.
